Italian made AGA Cast Aluminium cookware range featuring Teflon Platinum plus coating, a superior scratch resistant coating. This PTFE non-stick coating allows you to fry, grill, bake and roast a healthy meal with little or no fat and cleaning is easy with just a short soak in hot, soapy water. The 5mm thick base provides excellent energy efficiency and heat distribution, whilst the removable handles make the pans versatile for use on the hob as well as in the oven. This pan features a pouring lip and a flat AGA branded stainless steel stacking lid. 16cm diameter. Not suitable for induction hobs. This product is not suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
