Aga's cast aluminium wok featuring a flat, wide bottom to make perfect contact with the AGA hotplate. With the added benefit of a removable handle, this wok can be gently pre-heated in the oven to ensure the heat has extended up the sides of the pan for guaranteed fast cooking. Lightweight and easy to handle. Heavy gauge 5mm flat base ensures even heat distribution. Suitable for all heat sources, apart from induction. Not dishwasher safe. Coated in 3 layers of non-stick. Useable capacity: 2 Litres.
