We support thousands of young people, women, men and vulnerable families facing homelessness every year. 

Across London and North East England, our frontline staff give young people who have been fostered or adopted the skills and support they so often need when exiting the care system, they conduct outreach and offer drop-in services for people sleeping rough, and provide care and advice to women and children escaping domestic abuse who need to find a safe place to live. 

Addressing both immediate needs and tackling the root causes of homelessness, Oasis Community Housing offers people facing homelessness a place of warmth, safety and belonging that can be called home.
