• Set contents: 31cm carbon steel wok, tempura rack, glass lid, wooden spatula
• Material: 1.5mm gauge carbon steel with 3-layer non-stick coating
• Care instructions: wok, rack and lid are dishwasher safe, but it's advisable to fully dry by hand. If washing by hand, do not use scourers or abrasives as this may damage the non-stick coating. Wooden spatula should be hand-washed only
• Suitable for gas, electric and ceramic hobs
