Using the freshest ingredients, this intimate and entertaining class in the warm and vibrant surroundings of La Goccia's open kitchen, will teach you both how to make delicious pasta that you can recreate time and time again.

Using organic eggs from La Goccia's sister business, Haye Farm, you'll get to grips with traditional dough recipes and pasta shapes including ravioli, tagliatelle and more. At the end of your workshop, you can take home a goodie bag with ingredients and a recipe book each to continue the fun at home.
