At 45cm x 34cm x 3cm and with a deep juice rim, its substantial size lends itself to many uses including food preparation, presentation and serving – in fact, it makes a truly striking addition to kitchen and dining – both indoor and outdoor. However, quality and good looks are not the only features of this board – it is also coated with mineral oil which not only gives a beautiful finish but also provides microbial protection. This means that if you don't dry the board properly, or if any food or juice remnants remain after washing, no bacteria will be created or attracted, in fact, it will work to repel microbes leaving you only with peace of mind.

Care instructions: Before using for the first time, wash the product and rinse thoroughly.

After each use, wash the product as usual with a soft sponge, soap, and detergent. Dry with a cloth.

Store in a well-ventilated place (avoid drawers and cupboards).

Do not clean in the dishwasher or with steel wool pads.

Do not immerse in water.

Do not leave it to dry in the sun or by the sink.

Do not stack items when they are wet.

Do not put the product in the oven or in the fridge.
