The Katana Saya kitchen knife range features exceptionally high-quality Damascus steel blades and beautiful olive wood handles. The extremely sharp blades are crafted from Japanese VG-10 Damascus steel. The handles are crafted from the finest olive wood in a traditional chestnut shape to give a safe grip and perfect balance. Each knife in the range is presented in an elegant wooden case and the blades are protected with a quality brown leather sheath.
