This is a refreshing, mineral wine with great balance, versatility and complexity, characterised by aromas of pear and citrus fruit, candied orange and a hint of buttery toast from oak ageing.

APPEARANCE

Yellow with greenish highlights.

AROMA

Aromas of pear and citrus fruit with notes of candied orange and hints of tropical fruit such as papaya and banana. Subtle notes of brioche and roasted chestnuts.

TASTE

Fresh and enticing with a mouth-coating character and balanced acidity.

Service temperature - 8-10 °C 

When to drink - Will keep well for 29 years

Alcohol by volume - 13,5 % Vol.

Storage advice -  Store horizontally in a cool (10-15°C), dark place away from vibrations
