The stew pot is part of the Twin® Classic series from Zwilling and is therefore also equipped with a Sigma Classic bottom, which consists of two layers of cast iron wrapped around an aluminium core. Aluminium quickly distributes heat to the outer edges, so that the entire contents of the pan are cooked evenly. Thanks to this optimal distribution of heat, you can reduce the hob's temperature early on and thus save energy. The stew pot is also well suited for induction hobs.
