Each Stellar Sabatier knife has a perfect join between the handle, bolster and blade - the hygiene requirement of top quality professional knives. The proven high-quality technology material 'POM-C' forms handles that have great resistance to heat, wear, and dishwasher detergents. Stellar Sabatier handles are crafted using solid spun one piece rivets, spun flat under pressure which cannot work loose.
