Care Instructions: This Le Creuset casserole is freezer compatible and can be easily cleaned with warm, soapy water before its first use. When cooking, always use oven gloves to handle hot items, and for best results, use Le Creuset Silicone Tools or wooden/heat-resistant plastic tools to prevent damage. For even cooking, ensure you use the appropriate-sized hob ring, especially on induction hobs. Cook on medium or low heat, and avoid sliding the casserole on glass-topped stoves to prevent damage. After use, allow the casserole to cool, and clean it gently by hand or in the dishwasher. Be mindful that constant dishwashing may dull the enamel finish.
