Lyngby Glas was established in 1940 by the hardware merchant Holger Jepsen and developed into one of Denmark’s leading and most successful glass factories.  For many years, Lyngby Glas dominated Danish dinner tables and has now been re-launched as a series of beautiful, crystal-clear whisky and longdrink glasses, besides carafes and vases.  Lyngby Glas is made in fully transparent lead-free crystal according to a patented process whereby the lead-free molten glass is formed into extraordinarily clear objects with very high durability.
